Can I modify my reservation?

If booked on our website then you can modify your reservation by clicking on the “modify my reservation” link found in the confirmation e-mail. You may also contact us directly by e-mail. If you booked through a third-party (online booking agency or travel agency), you will need to contact them directly.

Can I receive an invoice before my stay?

If required, we can send you a pro-forma invoice before your stay. The invoice will then be modified at the end of your stay.

Should I wish to have a duplicate of my invoice, how do I go about it?

Simply send us a request via our website or e-mail if you require a duplicate. Remember to include a fax number or a postal address to receive the invoice.

From what time can I check-in?

You can check-in starting from 1:30 pm but if you arrive earlier, you may store your luggage in our luggage room.

What is the difference between a superior double room and superior twin room?

A double room has one double bed while a twin room has two single beds. A superior twin room (17m2) is also more spacious than a superior double room (14m2).

Where is the hotel located?

The hotel is situated in central Paris in the 5th arrondissement beside the Saint-Michel (line 4) and Cluny la Sorbonne (line 10) metro stations. In the “Access” tab, you can click on the map to view the location of the hotel.

We are traveling with children. Can we have an extra bed placed in the room?

A cot (free of charge) or an extra bed (€30 / day) can be placed in some of our rooms. To confirm your request, please contact us by e-mail before your arrival.

What is included in the rate?

If you book via our website, Facebook or e-mail, tourist tax is included in the rate. Breakfast is €12 extra per person.

From what time do I have to check-out of my room?

Our check-out time is 11:30 am. If you would like a late check-out, please contact reception.

What do you serve for breakfast?

We offer a breakfast buffet for €12 per person. It includes pastries, fresh cheeses, fresh fruit salad, dried fruit, fruit, different cereals as well as a selection of fresh breads and deli meats. Hot drinks and fruit juices are also included. We can serve fried/scrambled eggs or an omelette (with cheese and/or ham) on request.

I would like a room with a balcony, how can I book it?

You can only book the Superior Double with Balcony category on our website and Facebook page. If however you have booked a Deluxe Double or Superior Twin room and you would like to have a balcony, you can add the balcony as an extra on our website or by contacting us by e-mail. There is an extra charge of €20 per day for a balcony.

What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay by bank card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and in cash. The hotel does not accept payment by check.

What is the difference between a debit and pre-authorized transaction on my bank card?

A pre-authorized transaction is often confused with a debit transaction. As purchases at a point-of-sale are instantly debited and deducted from your available balance, pre-authorized transactions are only temporarily held. The duration of a pre-authorized transaction tends to vary. Your bank can provide information on how they operate in this case.

What is a pre-authorized transaction?

When you make a booking, we always contact your bank to ensure your credit (or debit) card is valid and that it has not been reported lost or stolen. We also check that your card has sufficient funds to cover the transaction. This is essentially a pre-authorization of the first night’s amount. However, payment for the room is only requested at the end of your stay.

Am I allowed to bring a pet?

Animals are not permitted in the hotel.

Where can I leave my bags if the room is not ready or I have left the room?

Our luggage room is open to our clients 24/7.

Do you provide transportation services?

Yes – we provide a shuttle service that we advise you to book at least 48 hours before arriving at the hotel. We charge a rate of €65 for a 2-person from an airport to the hotel, with a journey time of approximately one hour. To book a shuttle, please send us an e-mail or contact us via Facebook with the following information: flight number and the name of the airline, departure city, time of arrival and number of people. The driver will wait for you at your exit with a sign displaying your name.

How do I get to the hotel via public transportation?

From Charles de Gaulle airport: take the RER B in the direction of Robinson/ Saint-Rémy lès-Chevreuse. Get off at Saint-Michel station and take the “Place Saint-Michel” exit (45 minutes). Walk up Boulevard Saint-Michel and take the second street on the left, rue Saint-Séverin.

Or from Gare du Nord: Metro line no.4 in the direction of Porte d’Orléans. Get off at Saint-Michel station and take the “Place Saint-Michel” exit (15 minutes). Walk up Boulevard Saint-Michel and take the second street on the left, rue Saint-Séverin.

From Orly airport: Take the Orly shuttle bus to Antony station. Take the RER B in the direction of Aéroport Ch. De Gaulle/Mitry-Claye. Get off at Saint-Michel station, take the “Place Saint-Michel” exit (30 minutes). Walk up Boulevard Saint-Michel and take the second street on the left, rue Saint-Séverin.

Can I organize a surprise for my partner or a friend before the day of arrival?
